Berlin based designer Sabrina Dehoff has collaborated with Nike to create sneaker jewelry for the Air MAX 1. This funky collection of sneaker bling was originally thought up by Sabrinha when she was trying to work out what kind of footwear to put with her oversized silk dress collection. The dresses were all about freedom, so the footwear had to fit, hence the idea of sneakers. Danhoff (originally a jewelry designer) decided to glam the sneakers up a little with original sneaker jewelry.
She has created sneaker jewelry for both guys and girls. You can choose from lacer shields made of Perspex or 23ct gold in the shapes of hearts and large or small tongues. I love the gold square tips that cling to the end of the laces. There are also 23ct gold shoe tips to make your Air Max cowboy styling. Also for the girls there are Swarovski crystal studs.
